Elementary:Select the sessions you would like to attend on Day 1 in the am. You will choose between content specific sessions and Habits sessions. Everyone will attend Data Driven Interventions mid-day, and you will choose between Planning w/ Interventions in Mind or Self-Direction after lunch.
Intermediate: Select the sessions you would like to attend on Day 1 in the am. You will choose between content specific sessions and Habits sessions. Everyone will attend Data Driven Interventions and Planning w/ Interventions in Mind after lunch.
High School: Select the sessions you would like to attend on Day 1 in the am. You will choose between content specific sessions and Habits sessions. Everyone will attend GLT Session I and II after lunch.

When implemented well, self-directed learning not only enables personalized instruction for students but also supports students' growth in Habits of Success. In this session, teachers will build on their understanding of Self-Direction by activating prior knowledge and then connecting this to the self-direction cycle. Participants will explore how students engage in self-direction and and begin to identify how teachers provide an optimal learning environment to encourage student growth. Participants will also see and learn how to effectively monitor student thinking and data to plan and respond appropriately.
